Which size should I get?
Tap “See the size guide” under the size buttons on the product page. Measure your pet lying flat on their side, and if they're between two sizes, go up one.
Is it safe if my dog chews it?
There's no gel or liquid inside, so there's nothing to leak. Like any fabric bed, keep an eye on heavy chewers and remove the mat if it gets damaged.
How do I wash it?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and air dry. Skip the dryer, bleach and fabric softener.
Can I use it in the car?
Yes, it folds flat for the back seat, crate or caravan. It's a comfort aid, not a replacement for air-conditioning, and pets should never be left in a parked car.
Does it work for cats?
